Our instructors are experienced, down-to-earth, and genuinely love what they do. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been dancing for years, we meet you where you’re at so you can learn, get stronger, build confidence, and progress at your own pace.
Sanctum is all about community. Founded in 2021, we’re values-led, supportive, and full of women of all ages coming together to move, try new things, and feel good in their bodies.
At the heart of it all, our vision is simple: a space where you can breathe out, feel at home in your body, and enjoy dance, music, and creative expression.
